Michiana Crime Stoppers increases reward payouts for homicide investigations

Michiana Crime Stoppers announced Tuesday it has more than doubled the reward payout for tips in homicide investigations.

Those who provide tips in homicide cases can get up to $2,500 for tips that lead to an arrest or a solved case.

Lt. Kayla Miller said the board approved the increase and it takes effect immediately.
