Mayor Mueller and First Lady Kellye Mitros welcome baby girl Monday

City of South Bend: Mayor James Mueller SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The City of South Bend announced Mayor James Mueller and First Lady Kellye Mitros welcomed their daughter early Monday.
Mother and baby are said to be doing well and are healthy.
"Kellye and I are grateful for the support of the community as we welcome our baby girl into our family," said Mueller. "We are incredibly thankful for the many professionals at Memorial Hospital who provided world-class care."
