Man who died after fall from balcony identified

BERRIEN COUNTY, Mich. -- The man who fell off a hotel balcony and died Saturday night has been identified.
David Ginter, 38, of Hebron, Indiana fell from a fifth floor balcony at the Silver Beach Hotel in Saint Joseph, Michigan on August 31.
Police said no foul play is suspected.
The hotel issued a statement and said he was a regular guest at the hotel and that they were deeply saddened by the incident.
