Man mistakes stepdaughter for burglar

A man shot and killed his 14-year-old step-daughter as she crawled in a basement window in the middle of the night.
Colorado Springs Police say he thought someone was breaking in.
The district attorney's office has not determined yet whether there will be any charges.
