Goshen Police located a man's body after responding to a welfare check behind the Taco Bell on Lincolnway East, according to police.
Police were called to the area to conduct a welfare check on Monday afternoon.
When they arrived, they found 55-year-old Douglas Grabill, of Virginia, deceased.
His father told police Grabill had health issues for which he did not seek medical treatment.
The investigation is ongoing.
