Round two brings flood potential tonight
ELKHART, Ind. – A man was accused of rubbing his genitals against a driver’s window in Elkhart on Sunday, the Elkhart Police Department reported.
At 12:42 a.m., an officer was called to the 100 block of Home Avenue for a sex offense/exposure report.
The victim, a 17-year-old female, said she was sitting in her vehicle when an unknown man ran out of a house with his pants down.
The victim said the male then pressed his genitals against the driver’s window as she sat in the driver’s seat.
At this time, no arrests have been made.
This case is still under investigation.
