Man accused of robbing Dowagiac pizza delivery man at gunpoint convicted

DOWAGIAC, Mich. — The ringleader of a group of men accused of luring a pizza delivery man into an abandoned home and robbing him at gunpoint was convicted the first week of June.
The jury deliberated for an hour before finding 18-year-old Dylin Ackah-Essien guilty of armed robbery and other felony charges on Thursday.
Ackah-Essien and three others were all found guilty of armed robbery. He could face life in prison and will be sentenced in July.
