ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. -- Elkhart County 4-H Fair President Josh Culp spoke with ABC57 about this year's fair.

For the first time, the fair is offering $5 First Friday specials including $5 admission, $5 elephant ears, $5 funnel cakes, $5 fruit smoothies, and more.

Culp also discussed this year's theme, "4-H, The Information Highway to the Future" as well as the future of the fair.
