Palisades to restart with $1.5B federal loan
ST.JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- A meeting was held Tuesday to discuss St. Joseph County’s leaf pick-up program.
The current bidder owns the company St.Joe Recycling, formerly Greenworld Environmental Management, which had previously been contracted by the county.
City officials are requiring two drafts of contracts from the contractor before the next meeting.
One proposal asks for $1.6 million for business expenses. Another draft is a less costly option but would result in services being lost in several areas.
The contracts could be ready for review within the next several weeks.
