Lane closures to start on I-94 April 28

VAN BUREN COUNTY, Mich. -- The Michigan Department of Transportation announced it will begin work on a $1.3 million investment to perform full-depth pavement repairs on eastbound I-94 between Paw Paw and Mattawan on April 28.

Officials say traffic restrictions will include single-lane closures.

MDOT officials expect the repairs to be completed by May 23.

Officials say this work will help improve the driving surface and safety for motorists and extend the life of the roadway.
