Inspection records show conditions at shuttered Red Rock Inn
NILES, Mich.-- The Jay's Lounge, located in Niles, Michigan, will be temporarily shutting down after the grand opening of the new South Bend location.
Owner of Jay's Lounge, Silvio Martino, writes in a Facebook announcement, " Although we made our best attempt to operate both places; that has proven to be impossible and not in the best interest of our staff and customers."
The last day of operation at the Niles location will be Oct. 27, just two miles away from the first location.
Beginning Oct. 28, the South Bend location will be open 7 days a week.
During this time, Martino says that he and the Jay's Lounge Staff, " will take this time to focus on some needed projects at the Niles location; while continuing to provide you with great food, cold drinks and memorable times at our South Bend location."
Martino thanks all patrons for their patience and understanding during the Niles closure.
