Jake West to be honored at halftime during the Colt's game Sunday

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. --- The Indianapolis Colts plan to honor Jake West during halftime at Lucas Oil Stadium on Sunday.
West was 17 years-old when he died last week after collapsing at practice.
An autopsy showed he had a genetic heart condition.
The West family will be presented with a Colts jersey with Jake's number on it.
A video about his life will also be played.
