SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Dr. Jeanette McCullough, the at-large president of the South Bend Community School Corporation, has been elected as the Region 2 Director on the Board of Directors for the Indiana School Boards Association (ISBA) during the 2025 Delegate Assembly Monday.

Region 2 includes the counties of St. Joseph, Elkhart, Marshall, Kosciusko, LaGrange, and LaPorte.

In addition to confirming Dr. McCullough and other directors and officers, the assembly approved the ISBA's budget, Legislative Priorities, and Foundational Statements for 2026.

The Delegate Assembly is held annually to conduct essential business for the ISBA. Each year, every member school board in Indiana is entitled to send one representative to discuss and vote on topics. In addition to her new role, Dr. McCullough served as one of these voting delegates to represent the South Bend Community School Corporation.
