UPDATE: As of 9:30 a.m. Monday, I&M crews are still working to restore power across Berrien County, Michigan and St. Joseph County, Indiana, and are also working to restore power across La Porte County, Indiana.

ORIGNAL STORY: ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. --Thousands are without power according to I&M. The current snowfall may cause tree limbs, especially those with leaves, to sag or snap with extra weight. If you do see a downed branch or power line, stay as far away as possible.
