SOUTH BEND, Ind. - Notre Dame football will surely welcome back quarterback Ian Book, under whom the Irish have averaged nearly 40 points per game since he took the starting spot.
However, those points could be necessary if the Irish defense isn't prepared for a high-powered Syracuse attack.
No. 3 Notre Dame will meet the Orange in a Top-15 matchup at Yankee Stadium in New York City on Saturday. Syracuse, 12th in the latest College Football Playoff rankings, is on a four-game win streak scoring over 40 points in each of those wins.
Hear from a couple Irish players on their preparation for that attack!
