Indy 9/11 memorial display to open Sunday

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind.-A new exhibit in Indianapolis pays tribute to Hoosiers who died in the September 11th terrorist attacks.


The Indiana War Museum display features the story of Katie McCloskey, the South Bend native who died in the World Trade Center. The display also has a piece of steel from one of the Twin Towers and limestone from the Pentagon.


Volunteers say the exhibit will teach future generations about what happened on 9/11.The Indiana War Museum will be open this Sunday on the 10th anniversary of the September 11th attacks.  Admission is free.
