Indiana State Police arrest Osceola man for allegedly dealing meth

ELKHART, Ind. – The Indiana State Police have arrested 51-year-old Terry Boocher of Osceola Wednesday night after allegedly finding methamphetamine in his apartment.

Around 6:30 p.m. the police were called to help Michiana Community Corrections at Boocher’s apartment located within Arbors at Riverbend.

Troopers found approximately a quarter pound of suspected methamphetamine while inside the apartment.

Boocher was preliminarily arrested for possession of, and dealing, methamphetamine.

Boocher was taken to the Elkhart County Jail.
