INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - The Indiana legislative session wrapped up Saturday morning down in Indy, but not without passing a big spending package.
The package included $6 million dollars for victims of the Indiana State Fair stage collapse, $80 million dollars for full-day kindergarten, and and increase in the amount of money the state must sock away in savings before its automatic tax-payer refund is triggered.
