SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- It was the perfect day for fans of sweet treats and strong drinks, as the Indiana Donut and Beer Fest dropped by Four Winds Field this afternoon.
The festivities included dozens of vendors, some of which whipped up delicious donuts, others offering up a wide variety of beers, seltzers, and ciders.
It was the first year this big fest took a trip to South Bend.
ABC57 caught up with the fest's director, Bailley Kluisza, and she says the bend has always been on their list.
"South Bend has always been kind of a community that has been on our radar, community that we've always wanted to go to. And this year, it kind of just aligned perfectly with the cub schedule, with our schedule, and kind of what's new and what we could bring to the area. So it fit perfectly for 2025," stated Kluisza.
There was also live music and performances during the fest, providing a fun afternoon for everyone involved.
