NEW CARLISLE, Ind. -- Historic New Carlisle hosted its annual ice cream social alongside a classic car show this weekend, bringing sweet treats and vintage rides to the community.
Visitors lined up for ice cream bowls in vanilla and chocolate, along with root beer floats. Homemade pies, cobblers, Texas sheet cake, and cupcakes all baked by local volunteers rounded out the dessert table.
The car show, organized by the Outsiders Auto Club, featured a wide range of vintage vehicles, with a few newer models mixed in. From polished antiques to muscle cars, there was plenty for enthusiasts to enjoy.
The event blended food, music, and cars, creating what organizers called a celebration of community spirit and tradition
