ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. - The 15-year-old accused of killing 6-year-old Grace Ross in March 2021 will go to trial in January.
During a court appearance on Friday, Anthony Hutchens, who joined by phone, waived his right to a jury trial.
He will now have a bench trial, which is set for January 23.
