Smoke still fills the sky this morning but mainly stays in the upper levels of the atmosphere, ideal for not lowing our air quality further today. The cold start this morning is quickly erased by sunny skies, allowing temperatures to soar to the low 80s. After bottoming out near 60 degrees later tonight, Michiana approaches the 90 degree mark on Tuesday as a ridge moves across the Great Lakes region. Shower chances arrive late tomorrow night and increase on Wednesday. Rounds of scattered showers and non-severe thunderstorms are expected to start Wednesday and end on Friday.
Today: Sunny. High 83.
Tonight: Mostly clear. Low 60.
Tuesday: Mostly sunny. High 88.
Wednesday: Scattered thunderstorms. High 80.
