Friday, July 4, 2025
Happy Independence Day! A ridge of high pressure to our west is keeping conditions dry across Michiana and allowing temperatures to rise. Highs will reach the 90s through the holiday weekend, and with humidity present, it will feel more like the mid-90s.
While a stray shower or pop-up storm can't be ruled out, most of the day will stay dry. Saturday is expected to be the hottest day of the week, with highs making a run at the mid-90s.
A better chance for showers and storms arrives Sunday afternoon and continues into Sunday night; severe weather is not expected. Temperatures will ease back into the 80s next week, with on-and-off rain chances continuing through the week.
Today (Independence Day): Hot and humid, possible stray shower. High 91.
Tonight: Mostly Clear. Low 71.
Saturday: Sunny and Hot. High 93.
Sunday: PM Showers and storms. High 87.
