Highway department to plow main Marshall County roads Wednesday night

Marshall County Emergency Management Agency

MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. -- The Marshall County Emergency Management Agency announced the county's highway department will plow main roads on Wednesday night.

Overnight, officials say a full crew will be brought in overnight as snowfall continues.

Officials are also reminding the public that the highway department doesn't maintain roads in municipalities or US/State highways.

The EMA says a travel advisory remains in place due to blowing/drifting on county roads.

EMA officials say the roads highlighted in orange in the above map are considered "main roads" and due to their high traffic.
