Governor Holcomb orders flags to half-staff on Monday for Richmond officer

Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb is directing flags to be flown at half-staff on Monday in remembrance of Richmond Police Officer Seara Burton.

Flags should be flown at half-staff from sunrise to sunset on Monday.
