Gov. Holcomb directs flags to be flown at half-staff in LaPorte County Friday

MGN LA PORTE COUNTY, Ind. -- Indiana Governor Eric J. Holcomb has directed flags to be flown at half-staff in La Porte and Hamilton Counties on Friday, Oct. 25, in honor and remembrance of former State Senate Minority Leader Dennis Neary.
Neary served in office from 1976-1992.
Local governments were instructed that flags should be flown at half-staff from sunrise until sunset.
Holcomb is also asking businesses and residents in to lower their flags as well.
