Gov. Holcomb directs flags to be at half-staff for Pearl Harbor Day

INDIANAPOLIS - Gov. Eric Holcomb has directed flags to be flown at half-staff across Indiana on Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day.
Flags should be flown at half-staff from sunrise to sunset on Saturday, Dec. 7.
Holcomb also requests businesses and residents to lower their flags to half-staff.
