Goshen Police officer passes away following cancer battle

The City of Goshen posted to its Facebook page late Monday night that Officer Kevin Koontz had passed away.
According to the post, Koontz spent 29 years in service to the community and returned to serve as a Special Police Officer for an additional three years.
