Free kidney screening event

REAL Services SOUTH BEND, Ind.-- Free Kidney screening available on Sat. October 5, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the One Roof Southeast Neighborhood Center in South Bend.
If you have diabetes, high blood pressure, a family history of kidney disease, or are over 60, this event is especially for you.
Walk-ins are welcome, but prior registration is encouraged to ensure your spot.
