NEW BUFFALO, Mich. -- Oinks Dutch treat is serving a free scoop of ice cream on Wednesday.
Oinks will be giving out free scoops at their location on 227 W Buffalo Street from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. and all proceeds will go towards the Harbor County Mission.
