Four arrested in Cass County for outstanding warrants and possession of meth and stolen property

CASS COUNTY, Mich. -- The Cass County Drug Enforcement Team announced a search warrant was conducted by detectives at a residence in 16000 block of Church Street in Volinia Township on Wednesday.

The report states detectives detained six people at the home.

While searching the home, authorities say they found methamphetamine, methamphetamine paraphernalia, and stolen property.

Detectives arrested a 28-year-old woman for outstanding warrants, a 54-year-old man for resisting and obstructing, possession of methamphetamine, and outstanding warrants, a 27-year-old man for resisting and obstructing and possession of methamphetamine, and a 30- year-old man for possession of methamphetamine, possession of stolen property, and outstanding warrants.

The suspects' names are withheld pending arraignment on the charges in the 4th district court.

Detectives say the investigation is ongoing.
