SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The first day of the 12th annual For the Love of Art took place on Saturday at the Century Center.
Dozens of vendors were in attendance and over 1000 patrons showed up to celebrate.
Attendees were able to shop for unique art pieces, interact with fellow art enthusiasts, and enjoy live music from talented local artists.
Entree is $10 per person, parking for five dollars, and children 12 and under enter for free.
The second and final day for the event will take place on Sunday.
Shireen Cline, Producer of the For the Love of Art Fair, stated, "It's definitely family friendly. People come and they bring their children, and the artists love to share their knowledge. They get down to the level of the child and answer those questions their questions as well."
