ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- For the first time, the St. Joseph County Police Department (SJCPD) is offering weekend interview opportunities for individuals age 18 and older who are interested in pursuing a career in law enforcement.

On Jan. 31, the department will host scheduled, on-site interviews at the St. Joseph County Jail, located at 401 W. Sample Street. Interviews will begin at 10:00 a.m.

Registration is required and space is limited. Interested candidates must complete and submit an application no later than January 27. Applicants are asked to write “weekend interviews” in the “Where did you hear about this job?” section of the application. Qualified applicants will be contacted prior to January 31 to schedule a specific interview time that works best for them.
