Firework display rules and forecast

We are expecting some rain chances through the week, but will there be any nights that see delays or cancelations to firework ceremonies? On most days Wednesday through Saturday, rain chances taper off by the time we hit the time firework shows should be starting. On the 4th however, localized rain showers could spring up following a band comes through in the afternoon. Friday and Saturday look to be clear rain wise, there could be breezy conditions Friday night.
