MARCELLUS, Mich. -- Firefighters battled a large fire in the 55000 block of Miller Road in Marcellus Tuesday evening.
The fire started around 5:10 p.m. and crews battled the flames until approximately 11:00 p.m.
Nearly a dozen fire trucks responded to the scene at Reed Family Farms including Marcellus firefighters, Florence Township fire crews, Mattawan firefighters and Penn Township firefighters.
A witness at the scene said the farm was full of baby hogs and their mothers.
