Feedback wanted on Indiana electric vehicle charging funds

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. -- The Indiana Department of Environmental Management is asking for Hoosiers to offer feedback relating to the electric vehicles charging network in Indiana.

Feedback is specifically wanted on the way in which the state should use federal grant money in order to expand Indiana's charging network.

The Department of Environmental Management, with the Indiana Department of Transportation and Drive Clean Indiana, intends to apply for funds for both corridor and community EV charging enhancements.

These funds will come from Round 2 of the Federal Highway Administration's Charging and Fueling Infrastructure Grant Program.

Hoosiers can offer feedback until July 24 via an online survey.
