South Bend Human Rights Comission SOUTH BEND, Ind. --The South Bend Human Rights Commission will host the 2026 Fair Housing Workshop: Fair Housing and Housing Scams on Jan. 28 from 10:00 a.m.- Noon at the St. Joseph County Public Library Community Learning Center, classroom D.
Community members are invited to learn how to spot housing scams and what legal protections are available.
