South Bend Human Rights Comission SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The South Bend Human Rights Commission will host the 2026 Fair Housing and Homeownership Disparities Workshop on March 26 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the St. Joseph County Public Library Community Learning Center, classroom D.
Community members are invited to learn more about homeownership and its disparities in St. Joseph County and strategies to expand homeownership in underserved neighborhoods.
This event is free to the public, but advance registration is required.
