Elkhart wants to hear from small businesses in new survey

ELKHART, Ind. - The City of Elkhart is working to understand the needs of small businesses and entrepreneurs using a new survey from the city's Small Business Initiative.
The surveys will be used to create a toolkit that addresses the needs and concerns of small businesses around the city.
