Elkhart Police Department welcomes three new officers

Elkhart Mayor Rod Roberson swore in Patrolman Dylan Vicary of Millersburg, Patrolman Clayton Brown of South Bend, and Patrolman Andrew Martin of South Bend during the Police Merit Commission meeting.
The Elkhart Police Department now has 127 officers on staff.
