Eighth suspect charged in connection with toddler's death arrested

St. Joseph County Police say 23-year-old Xavier Primm, one of the suspects charged in connection with the death of 2-year-old John Swoveland Jr, has been arrested.
Police said he turned himself in to authorities in Decatur, Illinois.
Metro Homicide is sending investigators to Illinois to interview Primm.
