Desmont Upchurch announces candidacy for mayor

SOUTH BEND, Ind. - Republican Desmont Upchurch announced Wednesday that he will be running for mayor against current South Bend Mayor James Mueller.
Upchurch recent ran for St. Joseph County Auditor in 2022.
