Deputy rescues ducklings caught in storm drain

LA PORTE COUNTY, Ind. -- La Porte County Deputy Ken Etchison was driving on Pine Lake Avenue on Sunday when he noticed a duck in distress.
When he stopped, he realized the duck was near a storm drain grate and there were several ducklings in the drain.
With the assistance of La Porte County Fire, Deputy Etchison rescued the ducklings and reunited them with their mother.
