Deputies asking for help identifying man, car in surveillance photos

ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. -- The Elkhart County Sheriff’s Department Detective Bureau is asking for the public's help identifying a man seen in surveillance photos.

They are seeking information about the man pushing the cart and/or the owner of the purple Toyota missing the rear wheel cover.
