The damp weather continues through Thursday morning, clouds will be stubborn to break until Friday. Temperature remains cool, turning frosty, when lows dip into the mid-30s, Friday and Saturday morning. The weekend is fair, highs near 60s and temperatures in the 50s in the even if you have fall festivities or trunk-or-treat plans. There's another round of rainy weather, the middle of next week.
