La Casa de Amistad hosts annual community breakfast
SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- La Casa de Amistad held their third annual Community Breakfast which drew in over 200 attendees including Jason Critchlow and Mansour Eid.
The breakfast served as a mini "state of the organization" were CEO, Juan Constantino, gave his address and presented the "partner of the year" award to Notre Dame Federal Credit Union.
Other organization leaders spoke out about the different programs offered at La Casa de Amistad including their immigration legal services, reading and summer programs for children, and social services for adults and parents.
La Casa de Amistad recently was awarded two donations: one half-million-dollar grant from the podcast "Crime Junkie", and a one-million-dollar grant from the Lilly Endowment.

Please, if you are need anything we are here with confidence and trust for our community. La Casa de Amistad is your home." Said CEO Juan Constantino.
