SOUTH BEND, Ind -- The Fighting Irish make their traditional walk in to Notre Dame Stadium every Saturday dressed to the nines, but ask any player and they’ll tell you style starts with the hair first.
Washington High School graduate Julio Rodriguez is the one making them look fresh.
Rodriguez recently moved in to a new studio in downtown Mishawaka, but the dream of owning his own shop started from humble beginnings.
