BERRIEN COUNTY, Mich. -- The Berrien County Road Department announced it will begin culvert replacements between Lakewood Estates and Three Oaks Road.

Officials say this project includes a total of six culverts being replaced.

County officials say the first culvert being replaced is located between the I-94 overpass and Lakewood Estates.

During the work, traffic will exit and enter Lakewood Estates from Three Oaks Road. Officials anticipate this culvert replacement to take one to two days.

Work on the other culverts, located between Lakewood Estates and Three Oaks Road, will require all Lakewood Estates traffic to enter and exit on Red Arrow Highway.

Due to ongoing construction on Red Arrow Highway, the detour route for Warren Woods Road will be Warren Woods Road to Lakeside Road to Elm Valley Road to Three Oaks Road.
