Crews investigate overnight fire at abandoned South Bend home

SOUTH BEND -- Crews are investigating a house fire early Monday morning in South Bend.
It happened just before 3:30 a.m. in the 700 block of Lincoln Way East, just down the road from Karl King Tower.
The house was abandoned, and no one was hurt. It took crews about 25 minutes to get the flames under control.
It's not yet clear how the fire started.
