UPDATE: The Michigan Department of Transportation has confirmed all lanes impacted by this crash are now open.

ORIGINAL STORY: BERRIEN COUNTY, Mich. -- A two-vehicle crash involving a semi on US 12 southwest of Niles left one injured and one lane closed Thursday.

Around 8:24 a.m. Thursday, a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of US 12 and M-139 shut down US 12 in both directions.

As of 9:40 a.m., one lane has opened, with the other still closed.

There has been one person injured, and we will update this article as we learn more.
